Ginger
Short
Haired Brown Tiger –1 year old, female
ID#
A049878
Adoption
Fee: $100.00
Ginger was brought into
TAHS with a litter of kittens and has spent the last few weeks in one of the
shelters foster homes.
Her babies have all been
placed with new families and now Ginger is hoping to find a new home of her
own.
She is very friendly and
loves attention. She doesn’t mind being
held and loves to play with toys.
Ginger will try to
squeeze in a little bit of lap time every chance that she gets and she can be a
little bit of a talker when she wants attention bad enough.
Ginger enjoys sitting in
the window and watching the birds.
She is afraid of dogs and
would be happiest in a cat only household.
Halloween
Pet Safety tips
Keep
the candy out of your pets reach.
Chocolates can be deadly to pets.
If
you costume your pet for Halloween, make sure that the outfit fits comfortably,
doesn’t obstruct your pet’s vision, hearing or movement and doesn’t contain
parts that are easily chewed.
Don’t
bring your pet along when trick-or-treating.
The unfamiliar costuming may spook even the best-trained pets.
If
you pet becomes upset but all of the strange visitors at your door, don’t be
afraid to place it in a room where it’s out of the site of trick-or-treaters.
Avoid
hazardous decorations such as flaming pumpkins or candles that can burn your
pet.
Make
sure that your pet is wearing its identification tags in case it accidentally
sneaks out during the festivities.
It’s
best to keep your pets inside during the trick-or-treating hours.
