It seems every summer the FBI is digging in a suburban Detroit field for the remains of Jimmy Hoffa. June 2013 is no exception. Here's a link to a story <HERE> from Fox News about the latest dig.
I have questions.
1) Do you think the FBI ever feels like it's a wild goose chase? It's been since 1975 they've been searching for his remains.
2) Is it possible, if Hoffa was buried anywhere, his remains would simply be dust at this point? I ask because in rural Michigan/suburban Detroit farm land is regularly maintained. What if any chance of finding the remains is long gone?
3) How is it they only seem to get one credible tip per year?
I feel better having vented about this nearly 40 year investigation. I imagine the family would feel better if they didn't have to relive it every summer, too.
