Purpose:
The RIVER Trust is an Irrevocable Charitable Trust created by 101.5 the RIVER with the mission of assisting local, family directed charities with the funding of programs or to assist in making purchases of items needed to aid area families through one time financial grants.

Structure:
The RIVER Trust's Board of Trustees is comprised of 101.5 the RIVER staff, listeners and RIVER Trust sponsors. This board of Trustees meet regularly to hear and grant requests for assistance.
